We currently offer free UK mainland delivery on all shed orders.

We aim to deliver all orders within 5-10 working days of order acceptance.

Our team will contact you after the order has been placed to agree the delivery day.

Due to the size of the items on sale we are only able to offer delivery of products to customers on the UK mainland. We may not be able to deliver to some offshore locations and there may be an additional delivery charge for some locations eg Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands. We cannot usually deliver to BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.

  • Each shed is manufactured from Pressure Treated Timber
  • The shed throughout is manufactured from Tongued and Grooved Material (including the roof and floor) No Sheet material is used
  • The thickness of the tongued and grooved boards is a minimum of 12mm finished size
  • The pressure treated framework is a mixture of 44mm x 44mm and 44mm x 27mm, finished size
  • Standard door height is 5ft 10 ½” (1.55m)
  • Standard door width is 2ft 6” (0.79m)
  • Standard double door width 4ft (1.2m), 2ft (0.6m) each door
  • Apex shed eaves height is approximately 5ft 7” (1.73m)
  • Apex shed ridge height is approximately 6ft 5” (1.98m)
  • Pent shed eaves height is approximately 6ft (1.82m)
  • Pent shed ridge height is approximately 6ft 7” (2.04m)
  • The shed floor has runners’ underneath which are approximately 1ft (300mm) apart
  • Each order includes the felt, fixings and windows (if applicable)

Fitting Instructions

Please read all instructions fully before starting assembly.

Important: Timber is a natural material and may expand or contract slightly due to weather conditions. This is normal and will not affect the strength or performance of your shed.


Tools Required

  • Spirit level
  • Hammer
  • Power screwdriver / drill
  • Silicone gun
  • Stanley knife
  • Step ladder
  • Two people recommended for assembly

STEP 1 – FLOOR POSITIONING

  • Place the floor panel onto a firm, flat, level base.
  • Ensure bearers are fully supported.
  • Check level in all directions.

STEP 2 – FIRST WALL PANELS

  • Fix one side panel to the floor.
  • Fix the rear plain panel next.
  • Ensure frames sit flush with the floor edge.
  • Lightly screw into place.

STEP 3 – COMPLETE WALL FRAME

  • Attach remaining wall panel.
  • Square the shed (measure diagonally).
  • Secure all walls to the floor using 50mm screws.

STEP 4 – FRONT PANEL (DOOR & WINDOW)

  • Fix the front panel into position.
  • Check door operation before fully tightening.
  • Secure to floor and adjoining panels.

STEP 5 – FELT INSTALLATION

  • Lay felt with equal overhangs.
  • Nail top edge only using clout nails.
  • Overlap additional felt strips and nail lower edges.
  • Fold felt neatly over roof edges.

STEP 6 – ROOF INSTALLATION

  • Place the roof panel on top of the shed.
  • Ensure the overhang is positioned at the rear.
  • Join roof support beams at the centre using 50mm screws.

STEP 7 – CORNER STRIPS & FASCIAS

  • Fix corner cover strips to each external corner.
  • Ensure they are straight and flush.
  • Fit fascia boards over the roof edges and felt.
  • Nail fascias securely into place.

STEP 8 – WINDOWS (IF SUPPLIED)

  • Remove protective film.
  • Position panes.
  • Fix beading with 25mm nails.
  • Seal edges with silicone.
